Welcome to our guesthouse „Schenkenfelder“.
Our pension with exclusive rooms and apartments is located in the village center of Bad Häring directly above the village bakery incl. cafè, where you are welcome to choose from various breakfast options, cakes and pastries.
In the immediate neighvorhood are restaurants and village inns. Within a radius of about 10 minutes walk are, among other things, the park and an outdoor swimming pool. In addition, we recommend adventurous hikes in nature (e.g. a visit to the waterfall, mining & coal theme trail or the motoric park facilities near the rehabilitation center).
In winter, a free ski bus is available in front of the front door, which will take you directly to the ski area "Wilder Kaiser" (Ellmau, Scheffau, Söll, Hopfgarten,...).
We are the ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby Kaisergebirge, to the lake Hintersteiner See (one of the most beautiful places in Austria), Ellmau with the highlights "Elmis Zauberwelt" and "Bergdoktor", Söll with "Hexenwasser" and various hiking trails. These places are also accessible by e-bike or for ambitious athletes by normal bike.
As a bad weather program we recommend Innsbruck, Kufstein, Rattenberg with lovely old towns, culinary delights and shopping opportunities. In Wattens, the "Kristallwelten" offer a glittering experience.
To ensure that you feel completely comfortable, we have prepared ourselves as your host and have taken numerous precautions. Together with your responsible behavior nothing stands in the way of a safe and carefree vacation.
Basic rules
- On arrival, a valid proof of a low epidemiological risk is required (test, vaccination or recovery) must be provided
- Keep distance (2 m)
- Wash and disinfect hands
- Do not touch your face and instead sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm.
- Specifications, guidelines and recommendations are to be observed during your stay

If you feel ill before your arrival, if there is a suspected case or if you are the contact person of a confirmed case, please contact us. In this case, we kindly ask you not to start the journey for your and our protection and to visit us at a later time, after the symptoms of the disease have subsided.
If symptoms occur during your stay, please stay in your room and contact us (Tel. +43 664 888 19 587). We will then immediately contact the health authorities or the public health officer for further instructions, which must be followed. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
